Sarah is a professional Illustrator whose background is based firmly in the world of Interior Design. Everything we do is done by hand and Sarah Sherrington Designs prides itself by specialising in bespoke hand painted furniture, for children and adults, as well as murals, specialist decorative painting techniques, and hand crafted and embroidered designer bed linen.

Our designer bed linen is 350 thread count cotton.  Fresh, luxurious and beautifully made.  We strive for nothing less than perfection with each and every piece we create.

Sarah works closely with each client to ensure the end result of any commission, large or small, is as close to perfection as possible.  Due to the nature of the painting, linen and bedding, the lead time for all items is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Sarah works from home where she has a showroom to meet clients, discuss ideas and designs, and where her new range of designer bed linen, specialist decorative painting and bespoke hand painted furniture can be viewed.

Definitions



Goods means any item or items offered for sale on this website by the seller from time to time. The customer is the purchaser of items from the seller.


Item Descriptions


The seller confirms that all items offered for sale on this website are of a satisfactory quality and meet the descriptions described on this website. All the descriptions of items are offered in good faith and to the best our knowledge and ability.



Contract for Sale


No contract for sale of items shall exist until the customer has paid the purchase price of an item/items purchased and all additional/postage charges in full.


Payment


The prices quoted for items on this website are in Pounds Sterling and do not include postage and packaging/shipping charges. We accept payment via Paypal.We would ask overseas buyers to pay via Paypal.



Delivery


Goods will be packed for shipment in a professional manner, and items will be scheduled for delivery once payment has been received, including postal and packaging charges. We try to keep packaging charges to a minimum but will ensure that all items are suitably packaged. We will use our best endeavours to have your goods delivered as soon as possible, but will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.



Whilst we use best endeavours to keep to a delivery date, delivery time shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the buyer arising from a failure to keep to a delivery date.

Items shall be despatched to the buyer’s address, and we would ask the buyer to make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of such items.


Returns


We take the utmost care to give accurate descriptions of items for sale You have 7 working days from the date of receipt of your item to cancel your orderif an item has been grossly misrepresented and as such is returned to us, in which case your payment including shipping charges will be refunded. Refunds on personalised items are not accepted unless damaged or of poor quality.

Privacy

We will not share customer details with any other party under any circumstances.

 These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law.
